To produce excellent wines and spirits from local Maine products and to have fun doing it is our goal. We use locally sourced pear and apple ciders and maple syrup to produce internationally recognized sparkling and still wines and 80 proof spirits. Our 130 proof Absinthe Verte, the only one distilled in New England, was named Best Spirit by Down East Magazine in 2016. All of our spirits have won awards in either San Francisco or New York City international competitions. Officially, our tasting room is open from March thru December, although unofficially it’s open whenever you see a car in the yard.
