National Civics Bee
The Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce is proud to participate in the National Civics Bee because we believe informed and engaged citizens are the foundation of strong communities, a vibrant economy, and a thriving workforce. Our shared prosperity depends on all three. Through the Bee, we aim to inspire greater civic knowledge and celebrate the spirit of civic pride across our state.
About the Bee
The Mid-Maine Chamber is partnering with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to host a unique competition that encourages young Mainers to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Participating 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will flex their civics knowledge for a chance to win recognition and cash prizes.
