Join us for a special opportunity to learn from Bridging the Gap, a local resource that provides basic needs and financial assistance for those experiencing unexpected hardship. 

Serving Kennebec County, Bridging the Gap impacts almost 3000 people per year by providing basic essentials, such as clothing and hygiene items for families experiencing financial instability. Additionally, Bridging the Gap operates the Centralized Helping Fund (CHeF) that provides emergency assistance to those facing eviction and utility cutoffs, as well as affording food and transportation.
