Waterville Moves is a bi-weekly series that invites you to move your body, share stories, and create connections through guided movements and dance making! This shorter 45 minute program is for parents with children 6 and under. This class is designed specifically for parents to move alongside and with their child.

Instructor Jenny Ngidi-Brown is a mother of two littles, an occupational therapist, and a yoga teacher, who studied dance in college. She is excited to share her love of movement with the community.
