Join us for a special free screening of the beloved Pixar animated film Up, paired with an art activity! This screening is inspired by the exhibition Square + Triangle: Home in the Colby Museum’s Collection, which is on view until April 21, 2025, at the Joan Dignam Schmaltz Gallery of Art. Theater lights will remain partially dimmed during the screening and visitors are welcome to bring their own craft project or participate in an art activity provided by the Colby Museum and inspired by the current exhibition.

Frame by Frame is a collaborative program of the Colby College Museum of Art and the Maine Film Center. Film screenings are paired with speakers or programs that connect what we see on the big screen to what happens in the museum.

This event is FREE and open to the public, however tickets are encouraged.
