For more than a century, Maine Children’s Home has supported children and families across Maine. Today, we are taking the next step in that mission by bringing our core programs together under one roof. The Center for Families represents a more connected, coordinated approach to care, making it easier for individuals and families to access the support they need, when they need it.

This special event will include:

• Refreshments
• Brief remarks from Maine Children’s Home leadership
• Impact stories
• A ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the Center for Families
• Guided tours of the new space
• Family-friendly yard games
• Guests will have the opportunity to explore the new Center, learn more about how integrated services will improve access and coordination, and celebrate this next chapter in serving families across Maine.

The Center for Families brings together counseling and therapy, adoption services, targeted case management, and young parent support in one welcoming, collaborative space — helping ensure that care is more seamless, responsive, and centered on each family’s needs.
