DESCRIPTION:Waterville Creates (watervillecreates.org), Waterville Public Library (http

 programming to provide arts experiences for all. Each Thursday participants
  at Art in the Park can listen as a book is read aloud and create art work 
 based on that book or community theme.\nThis free program welcomes all ages
  and experience levels. In case of rain or extreme heat, we’ll move indoors
