We’re looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, reliable professional to provide part-time support for our Real Estate company and our team of approximately 30 Real Estate sales professionals.
Administrative Assistant:
Busy real estate office looking for a full-time experienced, energetic person who is flexible, organized and has strong attention to detail. Experience in Word, Excel, & Access is helpful.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering and routing telephone calls
Greeting and helping walk in clients/customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Processing/inputting into multiple systems (new listings, price changes, open houses, etc.)
Distributing mail, faxes and packages to the appropriate parties
Overseeing the general appearance of the office lobby, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
Produce buyer packets and assist with mailings & special projects (as needed)
Assisting with advertising & social media (as needed)
Coordination of incoming and outgoing referrals
Miscellaneous duties may be added as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work under pressure
Meet tight deadlines
Tech Savvy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Access)
Schedule:
8am to 4pm
Monday to Friday
