Assistant Director of Enrollment

Salary Range: Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the Maine Community College System and the MEA Administrators Bargaining Unit; level 4, Budgeted Salary $55,214.87 - $62,144.83. Responsibilities The Assistant Director of Enrollment will guide prospective students through the enrollment process with specific attention to the application and financial aid processes culminating with connecting them to the Advising Office to complete New Student Orientation.

This individual will join the enrollment team in recruitment tasks and will be specifically responsible for the enrollment conversion of our dual and concurrent enrollment students, including classroom visits and developing relationships with the faculty. This individual will also work in partnership with the Director of Student Life to manage the KV App. Finally, this individual will manage the student employment program, understanding that employment may be a recruitment and a retention factor. Qualifications Baccalaureate Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling or related field, 2-4 years of related experience, knowledge of and proven experience in an educational environment, preferably student advising and/or admissions and preferably in a community college setting. Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is desirable. Why work for the Maine Community College System?
