Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain accurate and up to date financial records Record and categorize financial transactions including expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments Prepare and process invoices for clients and vendors in a timely manner Monitor and follow-up with outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment.
