The City of Waterville seeks to fill a full-time position of Administrative Assistant at the Waterville Robert Lafleur Airport. This position would provide support to the Airport Manager. Work is of a responsible and independent nature with an emphasis on accuracy, problem solving, and flexibility.
Requirements for the position include strong public service skills for interacting with citizens, and for performing a variety of complex clerical and administrative work including maintaining records, data entry, and excellent computer skills. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required with an Associate’s Degree preferred. At least four years of experience in clerical or record keeping functions are required. Any equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements. This position will be available January 1, 2024.
