The City of Waterville seeks to fill a full-time position as an Administrative Assistant. This position would provide support to the office of Code Enforcement.
Work is of a responsible and independent nature with an emphasis on accuracy, problem solving, and flexibility. Requirements for the position include strong public service skills for interacting with citizens, and for performing a variety of complex clerical and administrative work including maintaining records, data entry, and excellent computer skills. At least four years of experience in clerical or record keeping functions are required. Associate’s Degree is preferred. Any equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.
