The City of Waterville is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Special Assistant to the City Manager.

This pivotal role involves supporting the City Manager in daily operations, project management, communications, grant writing, policy research, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple priorities and projects with ease. Essential skills include the ability to work under pressure, and to effectively interact with various departments, members of the public, and elected officials. As a key member of the City Manager’s team, you will be instrumental in helping Waterville achieve its ambitious goals.
