Thomas College is accepting applications for a full-time maintenance position.  The successful candidate will have knowledge in performing repair or general maintenance work in facilities.  Tasks will include, but not limited to, minor plumbing, minor electrical, moving items,  event set-ups and the ability to utilize equipment such as snow plows, snow blowers and sanders, as well as maintaining all aspects of grounds.  Candidates that value being part of a team, that have some maintenance experience and are willing to learn more about different aspects of building and grounds maintenance are encouraged to apply.  The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with an on-call rotation approximately once per month.  This position requires all successful candidates have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.  Candidates must also be able to physically lift 50+ pounds repetitively.  A minimum of two years of experience is required.
