ADVANCE 1 Cleaning is a full service cleaning company specializing in smoke, fire, water and mold remediation. We also offer carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, general cleaning, window washing, and janitorial services for businesses. ADVANCE 1 Cleaning was opened by TJ Bolduc in 1987 bringing us to just over 30 years old! We are a family owned and operated company and currently employ 62 team members. Our business basically has two separate companies- we have the disaster restoration services which we operate all day. Then we have our janitorial services which operate all evening. In the disaster end our service radius is Central Maine and its surrounding areas; but we also travel where no one else does so we do find ourselves up in Carrabassett Valley, Greenville, and even Jackman on occasion! For the janitorial services we are mostly Central Maine based. Many people do not know disaster companies like ours exist- until they have a problem that is! We work frequently with insurance companies and act as the liaison between the homeowner and the insurance company. When a disaster (smoke, fire, water or mold) occurs it is our job to get there and make it right, we have 6 truck mounted extraction units that we use to clean carpet and to remove water from buildings so when disasters happen we can respond. We have multiple pieces of equipment including commercial dehumidifiers and dryers so we can be sure to properly dry your home. Our technicians are trained and certified in all the disaster fields, and some have been with the company over 25 years! In the janitorial sector we offer daily, weekly, or monthly customizable cleaning to fit your needs. We would do a site evaluation of your business and what it is your looking for then we draft up a cleaning estimate and schedule to fit your needs.
