Standard Waterproofing was subcontracted to be part of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team to waterproof and help assemble the prefabricated walls for MaineGeneral's $322 million state-of-the-art Alfond Center for Health in Augusta, which has been our largest project to date. Other projects have included the Portland International Jetport expansion; the Bangor Event Center; the Dartmouth Visual Arts Center in Hanover, NH; new Port of Entry buildings in northern Maine; the Maine National Guard Center in Brunswick; the Bates Mill Complex, Dominican Block, and All Souls Church in Lewiston; the TD Bank Westgate and Martin's Point Medical Office Building in Portland; Gilman Place in Waterville; the St. Louis Church in Auburn; the Sebasticook Valley Health hospital; and Houlton Regional Hospital. Most recently, Standard Waterproofing has been contracted at the Eastern Maine Medical Center expansion.
