William McKenzie II started AAA Portable Toilets in 1980 with just 75 toilets and 2 very old trucks. During the summer, he kept his full time job while William McKenzie III and his brother took care of the toilets. William McKenzie III bought the business from his father in 1992 and has been running it ever since with his wife and sons. Now, nearly 30 years later, AAA Portable Toilets is central Maine's most reliable portable toilet company with over 700 units for special events, weddings, construction sites and many other venues and events. AAA Portable Toilets also offers handicap accessible units that are ADA certified. There are now as many as four trucks on the road, five days a week, 52 weeks a year.
