OPA, a Greek and Mediterranean dining experience in central Maine. The Gudis family is proud to bring this dining experience to the heart of downtown Waterville. We have locally owned our location dating back over 30 years. Last year when our space became vacant we envisioned bringing to Waterville a new dining experience featuring a blend of traditional Greek cuisine and Mediterranean dishes as well as a fusion of American cuisine.

So why OPA? Opa is a word known to many Greeks, its an expression of sorts used in celebrations of life. We envisioned feeding our friends and neighbors and bringing a little Greek spirit to the everyday.
