 JOB SUMMARY:
WABI has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative/Sales Assistant. This position will assist with all sales data entry (broadcast and digital), paperwork processing, order entry and traffic continuity associated with Regional and National accounts.  Prior media experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must have a proven track record of multi-tasking in a high paced work environment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Use bullet points & Listed duties):

  • Assisting the WABI Sales and Administrative teams with data entry and paperwork processing for all products of WABI including broadcast sales, co-op processing and digital platform sales.
  • Assist the Traffic department with continuity and meeting all daily deadlines.
  • Assist other Department Heads as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Some media and digital knowledge preferred but not required.  We understand that your work and educational experiences do not define who you are or what you are capable of doing.  If you have an interest in our field, and the drive to learn and grow, we are happy to give you the training you need.
