The City of Waterville seeks to fill a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant.
This position may also provide occasional clerical support to the offices of the City Planner and Economic & Community Development. Work is of a responsible and independent nature with an emphasis on accuracy, problem solving, and flexibility. Requirements for the position include strong public service skills for interacting with citizens, and for performing a variety of complex clerical and administrative work including maintaining records, data entry, and excellent computer skills. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required. At least four years of experience in clerical or record keeping functions is required. Any equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements. This position will be available on or near July 1, 2024.
