RequirementsPrimary Responsibilities Include:Provide administrative support for the Executive Director, including scheduling meetings and filingSupporting the Permanent Commission Clerk with administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, sending out papers, and taking minutesAssist with ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies to support our new office spaceMaintain an electronic filing system and associated spreadsheetsProvide administrative support for competitive bid processesSupport Human Resources functions, such as scheduling interviewsPrepare invoices, commissioner per diem payments, and other expensesSupport event planning and execution
